A full-day, choose-your-own-adventure experience from Waking Dreams x , designed for supporting and untangling curious minds and bodies.
limon_moves + are bringing their toolkits too you, and inviting a host of other friends and experts to share the space.

From morning to evening, the space is alive with movement classes, workshops, live podcast recordings, panels, creative practices, and nervous-system support - all running across multiple rooms at Waking Dreams Bethnal Green. Add hot & cold contrast saunas running all day, plenty of places to rest, and a shared lunch, and you’ve got a day that’s spacious, rich, and entirely optional.

Nothing is compulsory.
Drop in, opt out, come for an hour or stay all day.
