Morning routine for steady energy ☀️

If your energy dips mid-morning (or you’re running on fumes by 2pm), let’s start with one simple reset next week.

Simple Start (for 7 days):
Get daylight in your eyes within 30 minutes of waking
✅ Step outside for 2–10 minutes (no sunglasses if safe)
✅ Even if it’s cloudy—still works
✅ If you can’t go outside, sit by a bright window

Morning light helps set your circadian rhythm, which supports steady energy, better focus, and improved sleep timing.

✅ Tuesday – 2 extra glasses of water
✅ Wednesday – 2 extra glasses of water
✅ Thursday – 2 extra glasses of water + walk
✅ Friday – 2 extra glasses of water + walk
