Knees that don’t fully straighten in ballet are a big no-no… and I know so many of you are working hard to lengthen and straighten those legs. But here’s the thing: contrary to popular belief, if your knees are staying a bit bent, it doesn’t always mean your hamstrings are tight. Stretching them more isn’t always the answer! There may be something else going on. Watch my video to learn what might really be limiting your knee extension. 💡🦵🏻🩰

✨ Happy weekend, performing arts friends! ✨
I feel so grateful to be part of this vibrant show world not only through my ballet connections but also through my work with the wonderful . Over the years, we’ve sung at the Southbank Centre, Cadogan Hall, Windsor Castle, and even the Royal Albert Hall, while also bringing joy to schools, hospices, and Pride events. 🌈
We’ve taken our voices across the globe 🌍 , touring to New York, Chicago, Prague, Amsterdam and beyond, and shared the stage with icons like Kylie, Hannah Waddingham, and Dolly Parton (to name a few!).
For me, this chorus is so much more than music, it’s family, community, and the joy of moving and performing together.
I’m proud to choreograph and perform alongside this incredible group of humans. 💜
Here’s to art, movement, and connection - on stage and beyond! 🎶✨

A surreal and magical evening - especially when His Majesty requested an impromptu performance (pictured!) in the stunning Grand Reception Room. ✨🎶👑

Optimal ballet biomechanics are of prime importance to underpin safe training in young dancers. When the body's joints and muscles work in fine-tuned balance this in turn enhances the speed of technique development and overall progression.
