How have you been taking care of yourself over the past 2 weeks? As we are starting to settle down into a new routine, how much time have you been dedicating taking care of yourself?
Getting enough sleep, cooking mouthwatering food, exercising, reading, painting, singing, dancing... How much time have you spent doing what makes you feel happy and nourished?
The circumstances might have forced us to revisit some of the things we love doing, and maybe move away from others for the time being. But as we are left with more space, there is also the opportunity to revisit old passions or explore new ones.
Look back at the past 2 weeks: be aware of the self-care habits you've built that have been serving you. And ask yourself what more could you be doing to feel nurtured?
