Based in London, Primal was started because there was an urgent need for a different kind of approach to therapy to be active in London and quickly set about recruiting a team of like minded practitioners, they worked creating highly effective treatment methods and a recognisable brand with a fantastic reputation. The first Primal clinic was in a body building gym, often working with sportspeople with acute muscle and mobility issues. The body building gym proved to be the perfect proving ground for the Primal teams methods.

The primal philosophy when it comes to treatments is to create a relaxed environment for clients to actually enjoy their therapies, rather than a daunting medical style atmosphere that can be uncomfortable. All of the primal team love to chat with clients and get to know them to better. This helps to improve the treatments offered based on their lifestyle.

Our priority would always be the clients needs and a personalised approach to the way different therapies are administered. Considering client’s lifestyles, sports activities and personality.
