Love the description of our bones and how personal they are to how we move and exist:
I just spent the day teaching and capturing images of beautiful bones. Each of your bones is as unique an expression of you as your face. You literally manipulate your world with hands-full of bones, and walk upon it with bones undulating through your feet. Skeletons are dried bones, but yours are wet, embedded in muscle, gently flexible and deeply resonant. Though sturdy and stabilizing, bones are also ever changing, living tissues responsive to the movements of your life. They speak to the whole of you. Gotta love dem' bones! I will be sharing and discussing these images and many more during my upcoming "Live with Gil" session at 4pm (East Coast time) May 14, Explorer subscribers can sign up for that when you log in to your subscription, where it also will be archived and available for members. If you haven't subscribed, and still want to come to the talk, sign up at www.gilhedley.com for a month, just $15, and join us soon!
