This patient came to see me after having completed Invisalign elsewhere. In addition to wanting to disguise her scratched enamel from attachment removal, she also requested a fuller smile with improved smile line. I also advised that we address her midline being slightly off to one side.

I was able to achieve the final result with composite bonding on eight teeth, leaving the patient with a great outcome.

Loving the shapes created here where the brief was to create a squarer, fuller smile, but with an emphasis on retaining natural edge shapes. A little extra difficulty here in the form of the discoloured UR1 which made the case a lot more challenging.
