⭐️Saucha is a Sanskrit word from yogic philosophy that means purity or cleanliness and is the first of the five niyamas (personal observances) in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.

⭐️⭐️It encompasses both external purity, such as maintaining a clean living space, personal hygiene, and a healthy diet, and internal purity of the mind and emotions, which involves cultivating clarity, letting go of negative thoughts, and promoting a healthy relationship with oneself.

Saucha, can be🎀 APPLIED TO MENOPAUSE🎀 by embracing a diet of whole, unprocessed foods, including phytoestrogen-rich foods like soybeans, and engaging in practices that promote internal and external cleanliness.

💝I am learning to accept that when I feel like Doing Nothing...it is ok and that is exactly what I need to do.

🏝It is a precious time of rest, of feeling bored, of observing what your mind is constantly telling you to do and to be, of observing the feelings of guilt and judgement that accompany this time of Doing Nothing.

💝It is a powerful time of learning and understanding.
Doing nothing is still doing something
