Are you running the Hackney Half Marathon? 🏃🏽🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Join our in house physiotherapist Ambre to discuss tops tips for performance before the marathon as well as what to do post marathon to ensure a speedy recovery.

Ambre has a special interest in sports medicine and works in elite sport. Join her at 6pm on Tuesday 16th May for an interactive webinar on all things half marathon! 🙌🏾
