Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Sound Therapy and private Yoga Sessions to help you relax and reach the brightest version of your soul. And some healthy recipes ;)
I am an experienced and certified Sound Therapist and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage practitioner, as well as a Yoga Alliance teacher. I've been practicing Mysore-style yoga, hatha yoga and meditation for more than 15 years. I am also a trained singer, piano, classical guitar and Senegalese percussion musician. I host sound baths, gong baths, voice baths, drum circles and therapeutic soundscape sessions (where YOU play my Himalayan Bowls, Gongs, Crystal Bowls, etc). I offer massage treatments and 1to1 sound therapy sessions, as well as individual yoga classes. I love spending time in nature, travelling and cooking healthy food (as well as eating it!)

I started my yoga journey in 2007 in Italy under the guidance of several teachers, especially Paola Del Monaco (Satyuga Academy of Oriental Culture, Rome). In 2015 I travelled to Rishikesh, India and completed a 200-hours multi-style yoga teacher training, and have returned every year since then.
I have practised Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga for almost 12 years and for the past 3 years I’ve been practicing Ashtanga Mysore every morning with Lauren Munday, Peter Santos Rego and Louise Fitzpatrick. I have attended several yoga, meditation and mudra workshops with Sharon Gannon (Jivamukti Yoga) and Dru Yoga, and continue to study (mainly autonomously) yoga philosophy (Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras and Vedic scriptures) as well as the works of contemporary yoga and meditation masters (e.g Krishnamurti, Desikachar, Iyengar, Niranjanananda).
My teaching is mainly inspired by traditional Hatha Yoga, although I include element of Ashtanga if suitable for the student. My choice for your physical practice is rooted in yoga philosophy and Ayurveda. It is mainly aimed at allowing your breath to flow effortlessly in and out of your body, as well as gently travelling between challenges and relaxation on a psychological and emotional level.
Massage Therapies
In the past 10 years, I have also developed a great passion for understanding an treating human bodies. I trained in several massage techniques including Shiatsu (Italy), Raindrop massage with Young Living Essential Oils (UK), Therapeutic massage (India), and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (UK).
I came to yoga and massage after struggling for many years with few psychosomatic issues, multiple surgeries and rehabilitation for a broken knee, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, which I managed to eliminate through the combination of healing techniques (mainly herbs, yoga, meditation and food therapies). Thanks to all these past issues, I developed a strong sensibility, which I use to ‘listen to’ the body and mind of the person that I’m treating. I customise the treatment as much as possible and I focus especially on alleviation of pain and producing long-lasting physical and mental relaxation. My daily yoga practice contributes to this with a solid first-hand understanding of internal and external body processes.
I completed my 4 levels of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage between November 2016 and February 2017 with Despina from Ayurvedic Yoga Massage UK, while I had a further Level 3 training with Ananta (ARYM Institute) in May 2018. Lately I mainly offer Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, although I’m happy to discuss with you in case you would like a Raindrop massage (aromatherapy) or a blend of the other styles that I have studied.
Sound Therapy
I have studied classical and jazz music for 15 years and after attending many gong baths and sound therapy sessions I have decided to get certified as a sound therapist – at the moment I am completing two diplomas in Group Sound Therapy and as a Sound Therapy Practitioner at the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST).
I give 1-to-1 and group sound and gong baths, as well as blending sound therapy with massage.
I use Himalayan singing bowls, traditional Chinese gongs and crystal bowls, along with several other instruments for therapeutic percussion.
I also organise sessions to explore and develop your creative side through working with sound and combining it with other arts (poetry, painting, etc), and drum circles.
