We do alot of work with the Jamaican community in South East London, whether it's funerals here or repatriations back home.
As Hurricane Melissa approaches, we wish everybody affected in the coming days, weeks and months the health and strength needed to overcome this storm.

More and more we are asked to wear different colour ties, or use different colour plumes on our Horse-drawn carriages, to really add the personal touch to a funeral.
Today, we were asked for dark green and if by chance, we also have our conductor in a dark green suit.
That's a pretty unique and standout way to really make the family request come through.

We always like different. It can be a Church or cemetery we've never been to before, or a different hearse.
But today the request was no black funeral clothing and be colourful.
Specifically, no black waistcoats, blazers or jackets.
Shirt, long or short sleeve was fine, but no black ties.
