At the HCA Robotic conference in London yesterday with my friends and colleagues and . A great effort by Denis and the HCA team. A rich program and great organisation with fantastic speakers from europe and beyond.

Leandri has been so much more than a specialist nurse. She has been the constant, the calm, the kindness, the person with the rare X-factor that patients feel instantly and colleagues rely on daily.

We have worked side by side for years, through some of the most complex cases and some very emotional journeys. She has supported patients with extraordinary empathy, strength and intuition, often knowing exactly what was needed before it was said out loud.

While I am incredibly proud of her for taking this brave next step and building her own practice, she will be deeply missed by our team — and by so many patients whose care she transformed simply by being herself.

Leandri, thank you for everything you’ve given, for the standards you set, and for the humanity you brought into every room. This isn’t really goodbye — just the start of a new chapter.

Leandri is leaving CEMIG London next week to embark on another exciting journey. I am very grateful for her amazing care for our patients. I wish her the best of luck and I hope we will be able to keep her on the team in another capacity. Excited to introduce Isabelle who will be replacing Leandri. She will be carrying the same phone and I have no doubt she will be absolutely brilliant too. 🎗️
