What do David Beckham, Jennifer Aniston, Harry Styles and Joan Collins all have in common? They are all advocates of the benefits of Pilates. Indeed Becks does an hour of pilates every day and credits it with giving him the best body ever.
Not bad considering his old manager was a bit of a tyrant on the training ground.
