Once again we are taking part in Odd Sock Day to raise funds and awareness for Down Syndrome.
The date for World Down Syndrome Day being the 21st day of the 3rd month, was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome which causes Down syndrome.

One of our wonderful managers son was born with Down Syndrome. So we are joining in with Odd Sock Day to help create a single global voice for advocating for the rights, inclusion, and well-being of people with Down syndrome on 21 March.

So today rock your odd socks in support and share your pictures with us.

Last night we hosted the first of our meetings on Understanding Direct Cremations.

Our Managing Director, Jeremy West highlighted the facts around Direct Cremations.
Philip Wright, Lead Chaplain for Barking, Havering & Redbridge Hospital Trust, spoke from an emotional perspective, sharing his experience on the importance of a funeral service in the grieving process.

We also had the opportunity to listen to the views and experiences of our local community. Which strengthen our commitment to provide clear communication around Direct Cremation to ensure personal choice, respect and care for all families.
