Pineapple is more than just a sweet fruit. 🍍🍍🍍

One of my favourite easy meals 🐟🥦🥔🥕

Oven-baked salmon, a broccoli and carrot salad (with coriander, cumin, black pepper and sea salt), plus simple boiled potatoes.

This is a great example of how healthy eating doesn’t need to be complicated.

🐟🐟🐟Salmon is a high-quality protein and a good source of omega-3 fats, which support brain health and help keep skin, hair and nails strong.

🥦🥕🥔A mix of raw and cooked vegetables supports digestion and gives you a wide range of nutrients. Boiled potatoes are an excellent source of natural carbohydrates for steady energy.

This whole meal takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. Real food, simple ingredients, easy to repeat.

A nourishing, balanced plate that’s great for energy, supports weight loss, and helps reduce bloating. It’s perfect as a regular meal option in you weekly menu.

🍊Oranges can satisfy sugar cravings while offering your body so much more.

Our bodywork therapies such as massage, reflexology, far-infrared sauna therapy, facial reflexology with Hopi ear candle, are designed to not only assist with muscular tension, pain and discomfort but also to help de-stress and enjoy deep relaxation. We offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to answer questions and help our clients choose the therapies best suited to them.
