Yes, your skin can still get sun damage in the winter. I can’t stress enough how important it is to ensure that you apply SPF every single day, even though the weather may be cooler, days shorter and the sun may not feel as intense. Why? Because despite the weather, the sun’s UV rays can still break through, causing damage to the skin as well as premature signs of ageing. Exosomes, or exosome therapy, is a new professional-level skin treatment that is often used in conjunction with microneedling or laser therapy.
