I instantly fell in love with Pilates when I attended my first class over 16 years ago. I regularly attended classes and signed up for a short training course in 2005 to further my knowledge and feed my new favourite past-time. In 2010, I decided to follow my passion and change career to become a Pilates Instructor and I travelled to Canada to train with Stott Pilates. I have been teaching for just over 6 years and have loved every second of it. I continue to learn and be up-to-date with the latest moves by attending workshops as well as attending other Pilates classes. I actually look forward to going to work and sharing my latest acquired knowledge with my clients. It’s a pleasure to see people learning, improving, developing, progressing and enjoying my classes. The best decision in my life has been to become a Pilates Instructor. I offer intimate Pilates classes for all levels, one-to-one personal training sessions in Pilates and Barre and Pilates and Yoga retreats.
