It means you aren't using the right meal setup.

Your goal should be more protein, more low glycemic index food and vegetables.

Reduce rice
Reduce pounded yam
Reduce Eba.

The worst food for you is the one you love most, pounded yam.

Avoid going to bed immediately after eating, give yourself 3hours before going to bed.

During breaking your fast Gaviscon is handy in relieving symptoms.

A muslim medical student ask me, how did you survive clinical in medical school during Ramadan.

I go to bed immediately after taraweeh, wake up around 4am do few rakah of tahajud, while preparing my sahur.

Usually food is check with each taslim, thereafter I take sahur, observe fajr.

Read for the day 5.30am to 7.30am and get ready to class which commenced at 8.00am.

Light reading between the time we are waiting for lecturers and keen listening to teachers during ward rounds by jotting all is said, this will be revised again the following day after Fajr salat.

Predawn meal, sahur is a blessing!!!

If you don't take your Sahur, you might loss control during iftar, rush your food during iftar spike your blood sugar level and lapse into hyperglcemia.

Many of you over eat because you rush your meal during iftar and hence take excess.

Sit down eat your meal slowly, it takes about 30minutes for the satiety centre to be activated, so rushing your iftar within 10minutes will make you eat excess and gain weight.

If a diabetic do not eat sahur, there is a very high tendency he will lapse into hypoglycemia.

Once blood sugar falls below 70mg/dl you must break your fast as a diabetic.

Since there are a lot of social media report of grape victims.
These are things you need to do immediately you fall a victim

1. TAKE OFF THE CLOTHES IN A SECURE BAG, THATS A SERIOUS EXHIBIT.
2. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BATH, GO STRAIGHT TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE THEY WILL TAKE SAMPLES FROM YOU FOR DNA ANALYSIS.

3. IMMEDIATELY YOU WILL BE GIVEN MEDICATIONS TO PREVENTS INFECTIONS SUCH AS HIV,HEPATITIS OTHER SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES.

4. PREGANCY PREVENTING MEDICINE WILL BE GIVEN.

5. IMMEDIATELY REPORT TO THE NEAREST POLICE STATION

ONCE THE DNA ANALYSIS IS COMPLETED AND IT MATCHED THE CULPRIT, HE CANNOT DENIED HE CANNOT ESCAPE.

MANY GRAPE VICTIMS DO NOT GET JUSTICES BECAUSE THEY IMMEDIATELY WENT TO WASH WHEN IT HAPPENED AND TRASH THE CLOTHES THEY WORE.

KEEP ALL THE EVIDENCES AND LET IT BE ANALYSED.

USUALLY, GRAPIST CANNOT ESCAPE THE LAW WHEN IT IS DONE THIS WAY.

Flooding your system continously with thick sweet chocolate drinks " the one you call tea" during Sahur, is one reason you will feel so hunger before zuhr salat.

Instead of buying milo, bourvita etc.

Stock your refrigerator with meat and eggs!!!
