One of my clients is off skiing in a remote lodge in Sweden next week.
Limited food options, basic restaurants, travel days, buffet meals.
But because we work on macros and balance — not strict calorie counting — staying on plan abroad becomes so much easier.
He doesn’t need a food scale or perfect menus.
He just needs to understand how to build balanced meals wherever he is.
So instead of writing the week off, we planned what he can control:
– Protein at breakfast
– Simple supermarket staples
– Taking food for travel
– Accepting a few imperfect meals without spiralling
When you understand how to balance your food, you can stay consistent anywhere in the world.
That’s the goal of my coaching — teaching you how to eat for life, not just when it’s convenient.
If you want that level of confidence with food, DM me COACHING and I’ll send details.
