We regret to inform you that the Alive and Kicking 5-19 Healthy Lifestyle and Child Weight Management Service has now came to an end.

We want to thank everyone who has supported us and all of our Service Users.

Today marks day, and throughout Pride month we have been sharing some valuable information and resources to help build a more safer and inclusive future for LGBTQ+ communities. 🏳️‍🌈

As Pride month draws to an end, it’s an important reminder that we must continue to be an ally for LGBTQ+ communities all year round.

Being a LGBTQ+ ally is all about creating an inclusive environment where people feel safe to be themselves, and Everyone Health are proud to be an active LGBTQ+ ally as we continue to learn how we can do more for inclusivity. 💜

NATIONAL PORRIDGE DAY! 🥣

But... It's 27 degrees outside... How do we still enjoy a lovely bowl of porridge in the summer?

HEALTHY OVERNIGHT OATS!

Ingredients:
- 30-40g oats
- 5 g chia / flaxseeds
- your choice of milk (enough to cover the top of the oats)
- your choice of yoghurt (sugar free)
- toppings! berries, banana, peanut butter, honey...

Method:
Combine the oats, seeds, milk and yoghurt (~1tbsp) into a bowl/tupperware, and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, the oats and seeds will have expanded to make a delicious, thick and creamy cold bowl of porridge! Add any toppings you'd like for added sweetness and texture, and enjoy!

This month, we’re sharing valuable resources and information to help build a more inclusive and safer future for LGBTQ+ communities. 🏳️‍🌈

This year we’re celebrating 50 years of Pride and looking back at the incredible progress that has been made towards LGBTQ+ equality over the last 50 years, however there is still so much more to do.
We at Everyone Health are committed to continuously improving the diversity, equity and inclusion of our organisation and tackling anything that may be a barrier to inclusion from the language and imagery we use, to how and where we deliver our services. We’re constantly talking and learning about diversity and inclusion and are working to appoint a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist within Everyone Health to work closely with to ensure the work we do truly reflects the diverse communities that our organisation serves as we learn and grow. 💜

Sign up to our FREE Family Healthy Lifestyle Programme today. This is for children aged 5-19 years.

You will receive:

• 6 weeks of 1:1 support via video call or telephone • Flexible timings to suit you • Help and advice on topics including healthy eating, behaviour change, nutrition and well-being • Signposting to enjoyable activities that can be done at home such as weekly recipe challenges to develop practical skills and maintain a healthy lifestyle

• Online exercise classes to encourage participants to become more active
