3 Thresholds - for a Businessman: from Money to Mission
Business is not only about profit. A real entrepreneurial path goes through three key crises, each of which either breaks a person or takes him to a new level.
1. The Threshold of Greed (Realization: "I am a slave to money")
What is happening?
A businessman understands for the first time that he is driven not by a mission, but by:
Fear of poverty ("I need to save!")
Thirst for status ("Mercedes, watch, yacht").
Emptiness ("There is money, but no happiness").
How does it manifest itself?
Money stops making you happy - you earn, but there is emptiness inside.
Clients/partners feel your insatiability - they leave.
Health begins to fail (insomnia, pressure, anxiety).
How to get through?
✅ Answer yourself honestly:
"If tomorrow I have $10 million - what will I do?"
"Who am I without my business?"
✅ Change focus from "earning" to "creating value"
Stop pushing sales — start solving real customer problems.
Introduce ethical marketing (don't "sell", but help).
✅ Conduct a "financial detox"
Give up unnecessary spending for a month (not to save, but to reboot your brain).
Who doesn't pass?
Those who get stuck in the "more — at any cost" cycle. The result is burnout, loss of family, illness.
