Our crisis house and staff help those who are struggling and could be experiencing suicidal thoughts and ideations. Our teams want you to know you are not alone 💚

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day and we take a moment to reflect and remember all those affected by su***de, those who have lost their lives or lost someone to su***de.

We are lighting up buildings and landmarks across the County to highlight how important it is to remove stigma around talking about mental health, and to highlight our localised su***de prevention website and free training for anyone that could help save a life.

💚 Growing Around Grief 💚

Grief doesn’t go away. It doesn’t shrink or disappear with time. Instead, we grow around it.

At first, grief can feel overwhelming – like it fills all the space in your life. But slowly, with time, care, and support, we build new experiences, relationships, and sources of joy that allow us to carry grief differently.

Your loss will always be a part of you, but so is your capacity to grow, to heal, and to live alongside it. 🌱✨

If you’re grieving, please remember: there is no right or wrong way, and no timeline you “should” follow. Be gentle with yourself.

Our campaign Creating Hope through Light highlights our local su***de prevention website: www.letstalkaboutsu***de.co.uk the website offers help and advice from local and national charities as well as free su***de prevention for anyone who wants it.

The campaign sees buildings and landmarks across the County lighting up green to remember all those who lost their life to su***de.
