HOT STONE MASSAGE (RELAXING)

A therapeutic and unique way to unwind and de-stress, a hot stone massage ticks all the relaxation boxes when it comes to well being.

As well as being exteremely enjoyable as a pamper, hot stone therapy has many health benefits including increased sleep, relief from tension & anxiety and promoting better circulation and blood flow.

Please don't be deterred by the term 'Hot' as is the case with all treatments that involve the body, each individual is different, with varying degrees of tolerance to heat etc. and thus the stones can be heated or cooled to your chosen preference temperature no problem!

Some people appreciate very hot stones straight from the heater to really melt away the tension and others prefer a much milder, warm stone to gently relieve their muscles, the choice is truly yours.

If you've alway wondered what it's like to have this type of massage therapy, you should indeed try just once and see if it's suits you, I promise you won't regret it!
