Join me on YouTube for an open-level class that blends the stillness of Hatha with the dynamic energy of Vinyasa — giving you the best of both worlds without taking yoga (or yourself!) too seriously.
We’ll focus on strengthening and opening the shoulders in preparation for Headstand, building up step by step with plenty of options so everyone can join in — whether you’re just curious about inversions or looking to refine your balance.
