What you can't see in these classes is the sound of us chanting and what you can't see
is how it feels like after 10, 20, 30, 45 minutes of practice.
You see the warm-ups, that's what
classical yoga looks like, asana practice, but what we use in kundalini, what we layer our
practice with is sound and music.
So we use sacred instruments like the gong, the drum, we use our
own voices, we use the breath and after class we feel whole, we feel connected, we feel really good
inside and when you feel really good inside it's very, very difficult to feel negative about yourself.
