KEEP MOVING
It is so important to keep moving, particularly your hips, as we spend so much time throughout
our days seated, which has massive impact on our mobility or lack of. And we don't want to be
in later life having hobbling across roads or using walking sticks.
We don't have to do that
if we can keep moving ourselves while we can. So my classes, Monday to Friday, every morning,
little bit of movement, bit of meditation, lot of lovely sound and mantra.
