Only a few more sleeps until we have with us again to celebrate the Equinox in style.

After a long winter, the days will be getting longer and brighter. The flowers are blooming, the sun is shining more often, and we can enjoy this through movement too.

Cher will be guiding us through Flow Dance Mediation, a somatic practice that gets you to move to your own rhythm. We dance with our eyes closed and release anything that needs to be released and welcome in the Spring.

Using ceremonial cacao, sharing circles and dance, we welcome you to move your body and come out feeling more alive!

Join us as we tap into the spring energy starting to flow through us, through song and sound.

We will sing songs together that welcome the new season in and let us ease into the lighter days with a spring in our step (pun intended). We will play games and explore vocal improvisation as a group creating music together that is of the moment. Expect to leave feeling connected to yourself, to each other and to the bubbling spring energy!

Hannah Robson from is a song-sharer, storyteller and herbalist. She runs community singing groups in Kent and East Sussex as well as a vocal improvisation group and seasonal workshops that involve herbs, singing, storytelling and improvisation.

Warmth, playfulness and simplicity are woven through her work. She thrives when implementing group work that is collaborative and creative and can’t wait to explore with FunFed!

I think these pictures and videos sum up this week's workshop very well! So much fun and silliness was had with props.

We created new characters, played games and uncovered parts of ourselves we didn't know were in there!

Cher is a magical human being who guides you through movement meditation and makes you feel like you can dance however you like. She strips away the fear and self doubt and makes you feel free.

Using sharing circles, movement and music, Cher will guide you through Flow Dance Meditation, a Somatic practice designed to regulate your nervous system.

By simply moving like you and dancing to your own beat you will reach the depths of your being, release energetic blockages, and tap into the inherent wisdom of your body.

We’ll be utilising healing house, with this unique rave ritual – never has healing been more fun!

Dance like no one's watching, because they aren't, we all dance with our eyes closed!

Last night with from was properly silly and so much fun 😄✨

With Charlie’s arsenal of brilliant activities, plus a table full of random props and dress-up bits, our imaginations took off. The simplest objects became costumes, characters, and whole new worlds. There’s something about putting on a different hat, trying a new voice, moving in a different way - you find parts of yourself you don’t usually bring out.

The games connected us in wild and unexpected ways and sent us off into the most hilarious storylines.

Loads of brilliant games - new ones conjured up by Charlie alongside fresh spins on classics like Grandmother’s Footsteps.

Loads of wonderfully bonkers characters emerged along the way too - from Tyson the Storm to Psychedelic Shrimp, a Hula Hoop Legend, and many more.

Loved seeing different sides of the lovely Fun Fed community, and the newcomers just dived straight in with such confidence and openness 💛

So much laughter. So much play. Such good vibes.

Using objects and props to help fuel our imaginations and find different ways to play, we dive into a space where every object has a new story. Every game is a chance to connect and make new friends. Expect a variety of games you may have played as a child, in drama class or from the world of comedy training. These are all designed to get you playing, learning and having fun!

There are so many great things about spending your Tuesdays with us. You get to have loads of fun, make new friends, try something new, get off your phone and most importantly... Fill yourself up with joy!

It can be hard to make time for yourself or not make it a priority, but it's so important for your mental and physical well-being to play, have fun and connect with other human beings.

🎉 HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY to all the people who identify as women out there! 🎉

It's not all rainbows and kittens out there in the world at the moment, so it feels extra meaningful to be able to celebrate the women and the strength and power we have.

As a company run by women, we see how important it is to be able to hold space for women and create an environment that feels safe, empowering and where we are encouraged to thrive.

In this world we need more love and kindness and we get this in abundance from our AMAZING facilitators who share their gifts with us and bring out the best in us.

We wanted to thank every single woman who comes to our workshops and leads our workshops, you are brilliant!!!

Discover the joy of playing a collection of inspiring games in a welcoming space where the emphasis is on playful connection.

Using objects and props to help fuel our imaginations and find different ways to play, we dive into a space where every object has a new story. Every game is a chance to connect and make new friends. Expect a variety of games you may have played as a child, in drama class or from the world of comedy training. These are all designed to get you playing, learning and having fun!

Charlie Jackson is an improv comedian and clown, teaching comedy with Playface and Hoopla as well as performing with multiple teams and individually. He’s been performing comedy since 2015 and has trained with various organisations and individuals from Phillippe Gaulier, Mick Barnfather, Hoopla, Free Association, Monkey Toast, Why Not Institute, The Maydays, Spontaneity Shop, Elf Lyons, Damien Warren-Smith, Viggo Venn, Zack Zucker and more. He has performed in hundreds of shows both in London and internationally.
