What happens when thousands of healthcare improvers from around the world come together?

At this year’s International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare in Utrecht, we saw the answer first-hand - a global community united by purpose, energy, and determination to make healthcare better.

From hallway conversations and inspiring keynote talks to hands-on workshops and poster sessions, the International Forum was alive with connection, curiosity and shared commitment to change. Delegates brought their questions and challenges, and left with ideas, insights, and renewed passion for improvement.

The International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare has come to a close after three full days of learning, sharing, and connecting - both here in Utrecht and online.

We’ve had the pleasure and privilege of welcoming healthcare professionals, leaders, and changemakers from across the globe, all brought together by a shared goal: to improve care for patients and communities everywhere.

With more than 200 sessions and over 180 speakers, this year’s International Forum offered the space for honest conversations, bold thinking, and practical insights. Whether in keynote presentations, workshops, poster presentations, or networking events, one thing stood out: real change is inspired when we come together.

We'd like to give a massive thank you to everyone who helped make this event what it was - our delegates, for your energy and openness; our speakers, hosts and Poster Presenters, for your knowledge and generosity; and our sponsors, supporters, and partner organisations, for helping bring it all to life.

We hope to see you next year in Oslo.
