While we’ve loved the one-by-one chats in the past, we know that times (and people!) change – so we’re evolving too. We’ve swapped the old “going around the room” format for something brighter, more energising, and more inclusive 💛

Now, it’s all about group sharing – where everyone can join in (if they wish), swap ideas, get inspired and celebrate together in a way that feels uplifting and full of fun 💬🎉 You’ll still have the chance to shine and set your own goals – but in a way that feels fresh, focused and full of positive vibes!

The Race for Life starts this weekend – and I'm so proud that Slimming World have sponsored the events again this year 👟. Good luck to everyone taking part, to raise money for this incredible charity 🙌. My members are certainly ready to take it on – and so many have discovered a new active lifestyle thanks to our activity programme 💪 message me to find out more 💌.

Wow 🤩 I could literally BURST with pride at all you have achieved with Slimming World and our amazing Winchmore Hill's Slimming World Grp ❤️❤️🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 When you walked into group that first night and cried 🥲 You had your head and your heart in the right place and did the work… food optimising, body magic and peeling back the layers … gently using all the tools and BOOM !! 7 stone lost and now helping others achieve their dreams… not a heart attack … a HEART of gold ❤️❤️🫶🏻🫶🏻 So kind, so courageous and now looking after YOU too ❤️❤️

One of my biggest worries when I joined Slimming World was that everyone would know my weight - maybe you feel the same?

Let me put your mind at ease with that! 🥰 Your weight is completely private - apart from myself, only the person weighing you (a trusted Social Team member) will ever see it and it is never announced in group.

What we will focus on is you - your progress, your wins 🎉 and how we can best support you 💪

Our groups are a place to feel uplifted and motivated 🙌

Yes Kenny…. 22 stone lost … Slimming world changes and saves lives 🫶🏻

At 48, weighing more than 34st (215.9kg) and feeling like he wasn’t living life to its fullest, Kenny recorded a goodbye message for his family after being put on a 'do not resuscitate' order by his doctors... but instead he chose to turn his life around and rewrite his story.

Skip to today, and he’s lost 22st (139.7kg) and has been named Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2025 🏆.
