🚨 URGENT JOB OPPORTUNITY – REGISTERED MANAGER (CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL HOME – LONDON)

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join a children’s residential home in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.

⭐ Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a children’s residential home

Experience with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) and LD (Learning Disabilities)

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)

Strong knowledge of Ofsted inspections and regulatory compliance

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Full clean driving licence (desirable)

Existing Ofsted URN registration

Qualifications in social care, health or related fields

**Supported Accommodation | Leaving Care | Mental Health | Residential | Outreach **

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Male and Female Support Workers to support young people aged 16–25 across our supported accommodation, residential, leaving care, mental health, and community outreach services.

You will play a vital role in helping young people build independence, develop life skills, and improve their emotional wellbeing as they transition into adulthood.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing practical and emotional support
• Supporting with daily living skills and tenancy sustainment
• Assisting with education, employment, and appointments
• Promoting positive mental health and wellbeing
• Safeguarding young people and maintaining accurate records

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working with young people or vulnerable adults
• Understanding of safeguarding and mental health
• Resilient, patient, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS required
