PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)
It is a technique that consists of using a small amount of the patient's blood, centrifuging it and thus separating the different components of the blood, including plasma rich in growth factors.
Treatment
How is it obtained?
Blood is drawn from the patient, usually from the forearm.
This blood is centrifuged, thus separating the PRP from the blood.
How does it apply?
The PRP is infiltrated into the skin of the patient with micro needles through an intradermal injection.
Does it have any side effects?
As it is a treatment that is carried out with the patient's own blood, it doesn't have any side effects, also, allergic reactions, dermatitis and infections are ruled out.
How many sessions are needed?
The number of sessions depends on the pathology that the patient presents, usually once a month for three months.
How long do you see the results?
You will notice the effects of elastin and collagen from the first 3 or 4 days, as for the results of biostimulation as anti-ageing will be observed after 15 or 20 days.
