We provide high quality, inclusive and environmentally ethical wellness experiences. Making wellness inclusive for all - regardless of age, gender, race, socioeconomic circumstances or sexuality. We are building a community of therapists, teachers and wellness professionals, where we can exchange ideas and expertise. Our services are both hybrid and live.

Nature Nurture at Green Man is getting an upgrade this summer. All wellness add-ons will be available soon. Don’t forget to book your wood fired sauna. We’ll see you there for some contrast therapy. More ways to slow down, reset & actually feel it.

‘Show of Hands isn’t another big-brand festival. It’s something warmer and more human. A weekend built on music, imagination and community. A place where artists, families and friends come together to make something that feels alive and real.’

Expect Soul Stretch spaces to pause, breathe and reconnect alongside the music, creativity and community that make this festival so special.

Thank you for another sell out weekend. Thank you to all our massage therapists & reflexology. The feedback you all received speaks for itself. You were all fantastic! Donating to a variety of wonderful children’s charities and finishing the weekend off listening to on the Ferris Wheel made me very happy indeed! 👑

it’s difficult to describe how much I love working with you! Such an amazing team of creative and warm hearted people. The festival just keeps getting better and better. Huge thanks from everyone on the Nature Nurture team. And much gratitude to everyone who makes it over to see us every year for massage, meditation, yoga and to visit all our wonderful independent therapists and traders. It’s a dream and I cannot wait for next year! ♥️

Did a site visit this week. I love seeing Nature Nurture as a blank canvas, a most beautiful empty space. Then slowly filling it with fun and therapies and yoga and music and mindfulness and art and food and people and love. ♥️
