Do you listen to your gut instinct?
Can you sift through the noise?
Sit quietly for a few minutes, take deep belly breaths in through the nose and out through your mouth. Only concentrate on the sound of your breathing and the rise and fall of your belly. The sensations you are experiencing in this present moment.
Nothing else matters in this moment.
Your inner world, your inner experience.
Give yourself permission to drop in and reconnect with your inner Queen/King/Self.
It's ok to press pause.
You deserve that moment of peace and stillness. If only for a moment.
That moment is yours.
