This patient started with lots of crowding and an open bite. Traditionally open bites were often closed only with jaw surgery! Today, one of the best options for open bite closure without an operation is aligners – in this case Invisalign. Using Invisalign aligners for 24 months, we were able to give him a great bite and perfectly aligned teeth.
