Try GINGER for your migraines
There's recent research that ginger may help reduce the severity of a migraine attack. You can use it fresh or dried and it can help both the headache and the nausea & vomiting.
Either make some tea with hot water or you can stir a small teaspoon of dried ginger into a glass of cold water, let it settle, and drink the 'ginger juice' if that tastes better.
Try it and let us know how you get on. And have an excellent Christmas, from all at LMC
