Beverley McKenzie founded B Essential Care Recruitment in 2018 providing quality Nursery & Health & Social Care staff
Beverley has brought up 3 children and then together with her dad and sister caring for her own mum who has Dementia, she felt it vital that other families and care providers were confident that they were getting the staff that she would be happy leaving her loved ones with. She has 8 years in Recruitment, and is a member of the IRP (Institute of Recruitment Professionals)
