I have deep admiration and respect for these women who arrived at my retreat as strangers on Friday and left as friends on Sunday.

Their courage, bravery and openness throughout the weekend was second to none. They are all on a journey of getting to know themselves all over again.

Some have lost their way through bereavement, divorce, medical diagnosis or redundancy. Others are turning inwards after their kids have left home and wondering who they are without their titles and labels.

In addition to yoga, breathwork and meditation, we did deep identity work. We also focused on who they are becoming.

I was so humbled to witness powerful shifts and their aura exuded a calm sense of clarity and quiet confidence when they left.

I can't wait to run this retreat again but I am looking for those who are willing to go deep. Its not about fluffy, surface level self-care. Its life changing work and so I invite you to have a chat with me if this resonates.

I couldn't have asked for a more aligned group of women to spend the weekend with. From the moment they arrived at the venue on Friday morning, their openness, willingness to share and courage to change blew me away.

Throughout the weekend we shared special moments, including significant shifts. I felt honoured to facilitate breakthroughs, and witness them changing patterns they'd been holding for decades.

This is the process of deep soul work - also known as working with the shadow self. It's spring cleaning for the soul.

The women who come on my retreats do not have spare time or extra cash. They do so because they know they if don't prioritise themselves now, the universe will make them later on.

This is not just self-care or wellbeing, its deep soul work. Avoiding it is only delaying your progress - aka spiritual bypassing.

Carrying on and pretending everything is okay when it's not is only prolonging. The people who come on my retreat gain clarity about their circumstances. We dissect the meaning of their trauma, and break down the lessons that they are here to learn.

All of this is done in a rural, luxury setting. So that the body can relax, and the mind can be receptive to the most powerful shifts.

So next time you're booking a holiday abroad or girly weekend away, just remember, nothing will be different when you come back. However, doing my kind of retreat and facing yourself is going to be life changing.
