I find this so fascinating, how we breathe can directly influence the way our face develops. The position of the tongue plays a BIG role in guiding facial growth. These are simple yet crucial things that often go overlooked but should be part of our general knowledge.

It's amazing how something as basic as breathing and tongue posture can have such a lasting impact.
