The Christmas season can be hard for people trying to conceive, from navigating the flurry of social media updates to fending off questions from friends and family.

🎄Make sure you look after yourself and set some boundaries if you know this can be a difficult time for you.

🤳Social media isn’t a real reflection of people’s lives. Mute Instagram accounts if you want to stop seeing family-related content for a while.

🥂When it comes to real-life encounters, remember that you don’t owe answers or a smile when someone oversteps with a private question. It’s OK to not want to discuss personal topics at the dinner table.

💭 Lastly, consider talking to a professional. Infertility can affect mental health, and you don’t have to go through this alone.

You can do this! 💙 We understand that undergoing fertility care can be an exhausting struggle, full of ups and downs.

And we've got your back 💪 our digital services means you can manage your treatment from the comfort of your own home. At a traditional clinic, a patient will often have to travel to a traditional clinic up to ten times per treatment cycle. At Apricity, we work to fit around your life, with most patients only needing to visit the clinic 1 to 3 times.

Pregnancy, birth and raising children is no easy task, and can come with a rollercoaster of emotional challenges.

If you are creating your family with the help of donor eggs or s***m, you might have added worries about whether not sharing genetics can affect your ability to bond with your child, as well as wondering ‘do I have to tell my child they are donor conceived?’

Whether there is a genetic connection between you and your baby or not, it is important to remember that donor-conceived children are born into their families and grow up as a part of them.
