I have decided that no matter what, I can find the time for my own self guided meditation. I know I am busy today and did not have time this morning, so I decided that part of my lunch break would be dedicated to my meditation and so I did and I feel amazing for it!

Good morning! I think that what I like about playing crystal bowls is that at first, I know that from a very busy thinking mind, I am.now going to calm down my mind and my nervous system. As I start, I feel more grounded, my worries and thoughts somehow disappear and I am in the now. I am present for my clients. I somehow feel a form of peace and quiet settle in the room. I feel inspired and the way I play the crystal bowls flow naturally. From playing one bowl at a time slowly and wait for the sound to decay, I know when it is time to add some intervals. "Challenging" ones to stimulate change and then harmonious ones such as octave to encourage peace and resolution, or further releases. It is so beautiful to hear some clients experience releases, see a change or feel a change. Feel the change of atmosphere in the space. Sometimes as I play, I also see colours, feel my own body and mental tensions releases. My neck often relax so much. Anyway, I just love it and love seeing the transformation of my clients and how they look so different and feel so positively different at the end of our sessions.

Although we grow up believing that injuries and pain are closely linked, this is not always the case. Various studies between tissue damage and pain show that we can have one without the other. Pain, it turns out, is a relatively complex problem, relying on environmental context and a host of other…
