Since it opened in 2012, Yoga on the Lane has become a Dalston institution, a refuge from the hurly burly, a space to breathe, but most of all a place of community where yogis of all stripes can get together to move mindfully, relax and restore.

Oh, yes.. it’s YIN! Brilliant Breige Corr Coward is back on Friday for one of her super-soothing sound and movement sessions, which can be booked just like a normal class using five or ten-class cards as well as regular one-off drop-ins.

Happy New Year to all our bright and brilliant students. We’ve had a chance to recharge our batteries over the festive break, and we’re all thrilled at the thought of coming back in 2026, ready to bend and breath and remember that we are good enough just as we are (whatever the resolutions industry might tell us otherwise). The radical kindness starts tomorrow with Naomi online at 8am and Rosie in the studio at 9.30am.

We’re wrapping up this year and ending on a high with .yoga and who will be offering a soul-soothing-solstice practice for all on Sunday. Last spaces, so jump on this if you’re interested.

The studio will be closed until January 2nd but you can always join who will be teaching on Boxing Day and the 27th, online at 10-11am.

We are very excited to be offering teen yoga at Yoga on the Lane. Join us for breath work, movement and lots of rest. The best way to end a busy week and exactly the environment to nourish any teen.

Teachers, parents and friends, please spread the word to our local young people. We all deserve to access this practice.
