Another free fitness session is coming to North West London!
Weekly group sessions led by a qualified trainer at the fully equiped Outdoor Gym in South Kilburn Open Space (NW6) during Wednesday lunchtimes, 13:00.

Get stronger and more confident using multiple machines: Chest press, pull down, skier, cycle, parallel bars, horizontal ladder, over and under, pull up bars, space walker, and leg press. Improve your technique and learn how to target specific muscles safely and effectively in a fun group setting.

Yes exercising is good, but actually surprised at how highly it ranks in giving people joy - no matter if it's done alone or with other people.

(Also can't help but notice that people find more joy doing a majority of things with other people rather than their family...)
