Another free fitness session is coming to North West London!
Weekly group sessions led by a qualified trainer at the fully equiped Outdoor Gym in South Kilburn Open Space (NW6) during Wednesday lunchtimes, 13:00.
Get stronger and more confident using multiple machines: Chest press, pull down, skier, cycle, parallel bars, horizontal ladder, over and under, pull up bars, space walker, and leg press. Improve your technique and learn how to target specific muscles safely and effectively in a fun group setting.
