What’s the most common running injury???
Runners Knee” - also know as Patellofemoral Joint pain (PFJ) restricts a lot of runners and their progression. There are a multitude of factors that can cause injury in this including strength, movement pattern, flexibility etc. Recently, there was a study by Molgard et al 2017, that found foot orthotics in combination with exercises to be more effective than strengthening the leg and hip alone*.
