Hello and welcome! My name is Siobhán, and I am the owner of Cara Grace. I am new to Ealing, offering Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Massage services for both in studio or mobile services to match your lifestyle.

My passion in life is for the well-being of us all, supporting and empowering us to live healthier, happier and more balanced lives. My favourite modality for this is Craniosacral therapy. I love working with people of different backrounds and ages from newborn babies to those of us in the wisdom club, to release stress and trauma for person growth and improved quality of life.

Before training as a CranioSacral Therapist, I worked for over 20 years in the airline business where I saw firsthand the trauma of September 11th on myself, my co-workers and passengers. I began to search for a technique to release the effects of stress and trauma on the body, which left untreated can adversely affect our health and behavior.
