Hatha Yoga for Ladies - Zoom Sessions now available !
Hatha yoga is a traditional style of yoga which incorporates asana (posture), pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation and meditation. There have been many yogic health benefits documented including improved sleep, better mental health (particularly for those suffering from anxiety and depression) as well as the medical and physical health benefits.
Dahlia is a qualified IYN teacher with many years of experience and offers small classes for ladies only on Wednesdays at 7.30pm and Saturdays at 11.00am in North West London.
Due to COVID-19 we are currently offering Zoom yoga classes online for ladies only. Sessions are priced at £5,00 for 40 minutes
(or £20,00 for 4 sessions).
