Our final review of 2025 is here, and it’s a big one. 📉
These 5 symptoms are often dismissed as “just stress,” but they frequently point toward deeper hormonal imbalances. Don’t let them go overlooked as you head into the new year. 🤍
⚠️ THE IMPORTANT STUFF: These symptoms are common indicators, but they aren’t a diagnosis. While they often relate to the conditions mentioned, they can overlap with other health issues. This is an overview, not a 100% guarantee.

Three brave women. Three deeply personal health stories. Hearing their journeys confirms what we already know: the struggle is real, and the solutions are few. We are so grateful for their vulnerability and honesty. 🙏
This is why Hertility exists to bring visibility, conversation, and real answers to women’s health.

Melanie lived with extreme period pain for decades, believing it was “just what women do.”
It wasn’t. It was endometriosis.

This Fertility Awareness Week, we’re spotlighting stories that show a truth we can’t ignore: reproductive health isn’t just biology. It’s shaped by culture, family environments, and the education we did, or didn’t, receive about reproductive health.
Women are expected to understand their bodies without ever being taught how they work, a gap our latest study shows is even wider for women of colour.

Every woman’s story is different, and every story matters.
To create real change and call for equitable and empathetic care, we need to hear every voice.
Melanie’s is the first.

When’s the last time you asked your mum those questions? 👀
You know, the uncomfortable but oh-so-important ones about reproductive health.
If your answer is never, you’re not alone. 💬✨
Let’s start opening up conversations about reproductive health, between mothers, daughters, and sisters.
Because knowledge is power… especially when it comes from our mothers’ own experiences. ❤️

📅 Don’t delay it...

Cervical cancer is often symptomless in its early stages, but screening can detect changes in your cervix before cancer develops.

It’s estimated that over 99.8% of cervical cancer cases are preventable with early detection and treatment (Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust, 2023).

Despite this, many of us keep putting it off, but it’s quick, free, and could save your life...

Don’t let fear or procrastination stop you from booking in. Prioritise your health and book your smear 💗

Last week, we launched "Diagnonsense", a campaign designed to call out 'diagnostic nonsense' that exists and the injustices in reproductive healthcare.

It's nonsense that we wait years for a diagnosis, face discrimination or have our pain ignored 😡

We are committed to help everyone feel empowered when it comes to their reproductive health and fertility, no matter where they are at in their journey .

After hearing your stories, we have decided that we want to give back to our community for all the love and support you have always shown us.

We are giving away 2️⃣ of our Hormone and Fertility Tests and 2️⃣ calls with our Fertility Advisors to our community to help you get ahead.

Barbie may not have a uterus, but if she did we’d bet we would call it a cuterus ( and we sure would be able to help her look after it 😉 )

This is why we are so passionate about making reproductive health education engaging and accessible for everyone (and a little bit excited about giving Barbie her reproductive anatomy back!)

Pride month might be over here…but this is just the beginning for us 🙌🏼

Over the last month, we have shared resources and information specifically designed to help same-sex female couples, transgender people and non-binary folks on their pathways to parenthood.

➡️ The Journey to Parenthood for LGBTQ+ Families

➡️ A Guide to IVF Treatment

➡️ Fertility for Trans People: A Journey to Embryo Freezing

➡️ Same-sex guide to getting pregnant

But we also knew that there was more we could do. We know that a vital part of creating a service that works, is co-creation. So to do this, we created our first beta community, to shape the fertility services we will be providing moving forward.

Hundreds of people have signed up to be a part of this community, and we cannot express how excited we are to begin working with each member to bring about a solution that really works.

Pride month may be over, but our work is not. Watch this space!
