An insightful personal story shared by our Founder and CEO Rick Rowan - NuroKor BioElectronics

My personal experience with pain this morning was a stark reminder of why our work at NuroKor Bioelectronics is so essential and the impact it can have on quality of life and productivity.
I got up this morning with excruciatingly painful spasms from the middle of my back to my neck. I couldn’t move and I struggled to get up. In fact, my 6 & 8 year old daughters helped me out of bed, along with well meaning hugs.

I was struggling and in pain, to the point, I was finding it difficult to function at all. I looked for my mitouch device but remembered that once again I had given it to someone else who needed it. So I had to open a new one. (I haven’t told admin about that yet)
Using the recovery mode I felt an almost instant level of relief that flooded my body. After 10mins I could feel the colour returning to my face and I could think and function again. After the 20min recovery program finished I set it to microcurrent and was able to start my day.

Was I fixed? No, but I was much improved and this continues and I am able to function. If I was not fortunate enough to have the technology to hand I would likely still be in pain and struggling to be productive or function for the day or considerably longer.
Yes, there are numerous other interventions that I could have sought, but not where I was and not in the right now.

Consumerisation of healthcare requires we are present and available for patients or consumers where they want it and where they need it. Not without traditional medical practice but in collaboration with it.
This is the future of healthcare and I am very grateful to be a part of it.

2022 not been the easiest of years. On a personal level I allowed some of the wrong people on the ship. Which had a huge impact on our core culture and in a number of ways moved us backwards. I take full responsibility as leader and have corrected. We are getting back on track and this message above received this morning was quite emotional for me.
We are human we err, and we correct. Surround yourself with the right people and remind yourself of the why.
