On my way to the gym I noticed this beautiful magickal spot.

It made me think - that beauty and magick is always around us - we just need to learn and allow ourselves to see it.

I used to believe I had to be perfect to be loved.

Not just loved, but also accepted, chosen, safe…. And belonged.

So I became very good at being “the best version” of myself for everyone else.
The high achiever. The good girl. The one who gets it right.

And honestly? It was exhausting.
Because perfection is a hungry thing >>> it’s never satisfied.

Here is a group of friends who were running together yet each of them had a different reason for keeping active and moving.

I am doing 50 k steps challenge, that was started last January by and .

Today we are doing this challenge with my brothers and sister a cross the world - USA, UK, Europe, Brazil and SA - teachers, healers, students, family and friends joining too.

Why to remember that stepping out of comfort zone is where the magick and growth happens!

as I do my step, I decided to speak to people that cross my path and ask them why they working or why they’re running?

I meant many incredible, inspiring people who used walking as a mindfulness tool to help them relax to grow friendships and to be in nature.
