My small human brain can only describe life as “a lot” right now.

My two coaching businesses are thriving with an inbox full of baby pictures from mothers who credit their successful births to training and our work, future brides feeling fabulous or success stories of Women levelling up their health, aesthetics, and careers. - omg do I have the best clientele.

Somewhere in the chaos, I’ve also built a start‑up - which I can’t wait to share more about.

And after a decade of backing myself, raising my standards, and holding the bar high - someone finally met it.

Numbers are up, my time is down but I have the best people around ✨

Overhauling a training plan is probably my favourite thing to do. Something deeply satisfying about knowing what another body is capable of with the right support.

Ego? Possibly. Good at it? Demonstrably. 😄 I jest.
