Someone suggested I take new headshots myself, another suggested using an AI tool, which lets be honest, would have probably turned my lips into an eyebrow.

So I went a step better.

There's a little community at my local coffee shop and the woman behind my favourite cortado in London is developing her career in photography and if you heard her story, you would also see the value in supporting not only a local female businesswoman but her journey.

I'm excited to see what you've been able to capture 🫶🏼

I don’t look the way I do because I fast, use peptides, avoid carbs with the girls, or punish myself with discipline. 🥐

Wellness has been part of my life for 28 years. I grew up athletic, I enjoyed sport, and my body reflects years of movement, injury, and personal goal.

I look the way I do because I love movement and I care about my health. I'm lucky, and I’m aware of it. I liked PE. 🫣

My clients don’t stay because I used to be an athlete or because I have visible muscle. That might get someone’s attention, but it’s not what keeps them.
They stay because of my approach, my philosophy, and the way I hold wellness and balance.

I’m intentional about how I show up online.
I didn’t post bikini photos on this trip.
I dress a certain way sometimes.

Not because I’m hiding, but I’m challenging the assumptions, pressure.

I help women stop feeling ‘not enough’ by breaking the cycle of subconscious comparison.

So if I can interrupt even one old pattern like “why doesn’t my body look like hers?” then I’m doing my job, because my career is built on impact, not aesthetics.

So if you ever wonder why I’m training in baggy clothes, or why I’m not posting the expected content, it’s because I’m trying to create a new connection in your mind.

A healthier one.

One that serves you, not the algorithm.

Blauggh such a mess right 😅 but I’m here for you

Rhythm + regulation > Stimulation + stress

Because somewhere along the way, women were taught that feeling “okay” is something to earn 😳

A very old story, repackaged. 🫩

A quiet dictatorship around how a woman should spend her time to prove her worth,
rebranded as app pinkification, morning routines, and “self-care” that in 2026 feels suspiciously like homework.

Wellness is a state of good health.
Where pain isn’t normalised.
Where guilt doesn’t hover over every choice.
Where flexibility exists.

It is not turning ourselves into a project —
fuelled by manufactured insecurities and reinforced by society’s superwoman pressure trap.

Because the £200 health tracker flashing a 70% recovery score,
the one that might improve with a £20 magnesium glycinate before bed,
habit-stacked with a £200 LED face light,
isn’t measuring the thoughts we fed ourselves all day.

It isn’t measuring the natural stress on the body during luteal phase.
Or the fight-or-flight we experience sitting at our desk,
having normalised chest breathing as a lifestyle.

Optimisation tools don’t measure context.
And women live in context.

New mindset worth saving:
Wellness isn’t about doing more.
It’s about noticing patterns — and responding with support, not control.

You don’t need to be fixed.
You need space to adapt.

Feeling “okay” isn’t something to earn. 💅🏼

Women aren’t broken, your body doesn't need to be “fixed” but we’ve been taught to audit ourselves constantly.

Wellness was never meant to be a performance system.

It was meant to be a *state of health* that adapts, to context.

The below is your reframed narrative:

✨You don’t need to optimise every fluctuation

✨ Not every low-energy day needs fixing

✨ Context matters more than metrics

✨ Support beats control

The problem isn’t that women aren’t doing enough.

It’s that we’re doing too much *without permission to adapt*.

Wellness doesn’t ask you to become a project.

It asks you to notice your patterns and respond with care.
