The KCL Surgical Society promotes the art and science of surgery to students and staff nationwide. Throughout the year we host a wide range of events including lectures, suturing workshops, tours of surgical establishments, careers fairs, networking receptions, medic revision classes, our annual National Undergraduate Surgical Conference, along with social events. 📣 Amazing opportunity alert!
We have teamed up with to provide you an amazing chance to spend up to 4 weeks in Barcelona shadowing surgeons at the Hospital del Mar. Together with Gimbernat Surgical Society and their professor, Professor Manuel Pera, we are giving 3 students the chance to gain an insight into what surgery is like in Barcelona.

To sign up, just visit the Google Form in our link tree and answer the questions provided. Shortlisted candidates will be notified soon after!
Only current society members will be considered.

📣 Note: the flights, accommodation, and any personal expenses will have to covered by the student themselves. All shadowing/operative time and research opportunities will be organised by the hospital.

KCL Surgical Society elections will be facilitated by KCLSU on their website and follow the above schedule.

Candidates will be able to nominate themselves by going to the KCLSU website, logging in and then nominating themselves via the elections webpage on our LinkTree.

Committee role descriptions have also been uploaded to the LinkTree.

Come and watch The London Anatomy Cup 2022 Finale live via Microsoft Teams on Saturday 12th March 10am-1pm for free! The finale will consist of a series of game show style rounds where 1 team from each London Medical School will compete to win the title of the Best Anatomy Team in London as well as other prizes! 🎁
We are very excited to be collaborating with KCL Anatomy Society for this event! 🫀🦴

Thank you to everyone who attended our Synergy conference this past month - from the speaker sessions in February to our conference day last Saturday!
