Nu-Ology Training is pleased to share the syllabus for our unique Health Care Level 5 Security Leadership Course. Dual accredited by Highfield Qualifications, one of the top five awarding bodies in the UK and the International Foundation for Protection Officers, successful students will receive the Level 5 Accreditation from Highfield and post nominals CPSL - Certified Professional Security Leader from IPFO. PN will be refreshed biannually upon the completion of 30 CPD credits.

Martin began his career in Healthcare Security in 1997 at Tameside Hospital and, nearly three decades later, remains deeply committed to protecting NHS environments. He currently supports security services across ten NHS Trusts, predominantly in the North of England, bringing extensive frontline and strategic expertise to every partnership.

A strong advocate for frontline teams, Martin designed and implemented a unique security training programme focused on reducing risk, violence and aggression in the workplace. His work directly contributes to safeguarding NHS staff, patients and visitors, ensuring safer healthcare environments for all.
